Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • If the service has not been started yet and you request a cancellation.
  • If we are completely unable to fulfill the agreed-upon service due to internal issues.

2. Partial Refunds

If a service is partially completed (e.g., you ordered 8 dungeon runs but requested cancellation after 4), you are eligible for a partial refund prorated based on the unfinished portion of the service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • The service has been fully completed as described.
  • Your game account faces punitive action (bans, suspensions) due to the purchase of boosting services, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
  • You provided incorrect information that led to the service being delivered to the wrong character/account.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
